How It Works
#1 Sign Up Online
After sign up, you will be contacted by a friendly associate within one business day. We will set up your account and work with you to determine a weekly pick-up & drop off schedule best suited for your lifestyle. A personalized bag will be provided to place all your garments in for pick-up. Confirmation of the agreed upon time, day & place for your pick-up & delivery service will be sent to the contact information you provide.
#2 We Arrive For Pick-Up
On delivery day, simply put garments in the supplied bag and place it in the agreed upon location before 8am. Too many garments? Not enough room in the bag we supplied? Not a problem! You can put any additional items in a plastic bag. If you have any spots that require special treatment or special instruction, just include a note in order to bring it to our attention.
#3 We Drop Off Your Items
Professionally cleaned garments are returned on the next scheduled delivery day, along with a detailed ticket of the services provided. Our contactless service means you don’t even have to be present when we drop off all of your clean items! We will drop off in the agreed upon location, same as when we picked your items up. Certain items may take more than two days for processing, in which case, we will call once the item is received to let you know when it will be returned.
