BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
No previous dry cleaning experience required.
Prior retail/ service industry experience helpful.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITY
Basic computer knowledge or familiarity with a computer
Ability to learn new information and skills quickly
Attention to detail
Ability to communicate clearly, accurately and professionally
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Ability to build relationships with customers
Comply with company dress code that prohibits excessive display of tattoos, facial piercings, excessive ear piercings and any unnatural hair colors.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain high degree of regular and punctual attendance
Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers by providing prompt, friendly service, connecting with the customer and acting with a “customer comes first” attitude.

RESPONSIBILITIES
St Croix Cleaners is seeking an alterations’ specialist, bridal experience a plus!
Skills Necessary:
Attention to detail, patience, responsible and adaptable in hours and job duties with a passion to do the right thing while altering, repairing and sewing high quality clothing (men & women’s) and bridal gowns, prom dresses, etc for our customers. Candidate must have sewing (using industrial machines) and fitting experience in clothing including wedding dresses and/or other intricate garments. Experience in vintage alterations and re-design, and tailoring men’s clothing, a plus! Candidate must possess the ability to work independently and to prioritize work flow by setting and meeting deadlines.
Candidate must demonstrate respect, integrity and professionalism when working with customers and others on the team.
Hours: Monday – Friday with flexibility to work some Saturdays
Compensation: Wages depend upon qualifications and experience
