Looking for One Customer Service Representatives:
Part-time at White Bear Lake
JOB SUMMARY
Provide exceptional customer service above all else, create relationships with our customers and make every visit to our stores a great experience! You ensure our customers always receive friendly, prompt service with a smile and show appreciation for their business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain high degree of regular and punctual attendance
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers by providing prompt, friendly service, connecting with the customer and acting with a “customer comes first” attitude.
- Maintain a confident and friendly demeanor at all times
- Pay attention to and respond to customer needs and requirements for handling and cleaning of their garments.
REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, & QUALIFICATIONS
- Basic computer knowledge or familiarity with a computer
- Ability to learn new information and skills quickly
- Attention to detail
- Ability to communicate clearly, accurately and professionally
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to build relationships with customers
- Comply with company dress code that prohibits excessive display of tattoos, facial piercings, excessive ear piercing, and any unnatural hair colors.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- No previous dry cleaning experience required.
- Prior retail / service industry experience helpful.

Job description
$1000 Hiring and Retention Bonus Offered!
Seeking entry-level person for cleaning, pressing and packaging high-end clothing including wedding gowns, vintage uniforms and costumes. This person is in an eco-friendly dry cleaning and laundry production environment. We are willing to train this individual who is patient, caring, willing & able to learn, and possesses attention to detail. Ability to advance in growing department.

32+ hours per week. Overtime offered on occasion.
Hours available are:
- Monday – Friday 7am – 3pm
$1,000 New hire bonus*; first portion paid at completion of 90 days probationary period, remainder paid at 1 year anniversary
