In 2007, St Croix Cleaners ‘ironed out’ a new way of doing dry cleaning, leading the way for many and what is now, commonly referred to as, “Eco-Friendly Dry Cleaning”. St Croix Cleaners was the first in Washington County to exclusively use Eco-Friendly cleaning methods, free of harsh chemicals.

BUT WE DIDN’T STOP THERE!
Not only did we remove all hazardous and toxic cleaning products from our operation, and installed a water circulation system, effectively recycling and reusing the water supply in our dry cleaning plant; but, we also recycle hangers and were the first in the Midwest to implement the use of bio-degradable plastic bags!
