How are my garments tracked and protected?
Each customer receives personal delivery bags. At our facility:
Bags are opened one at a time
Every garment receives an individual washable barcode
Items are tracked by type, brand, color, and fabric
This system allows us to track each item throughout the entire cleaning process.
If an item is lost or damaged, we follow FTC and Fair Market Value guidelines and work with you to provide fair compensation if an item is confirmed lost while in our care.
What happens if I miss a pickup, skip service, or there’s bad weather?
If the driver is unable to access your designated pickup location, they will attempt to contact you. If needed, please reach out—we may be able to return if time allows.
You can skip service anytime by not replying to the confirmation text. Reply “YES” whenever you’re ready again.
In rare cases of severe weather, service may be delayed for safety. Holiday schedule changes are communicated via text, email, and invoice reminders.

Where do you offer delivery, and how does scheduling work?
Delivery is available throughout much of the surrounding area. If your address qualifies, you’ll be able to enroll online—availability is confirmed automatically during sign-up.
We run delivery routes four days per week on the following schedules:
Monday & Thursday
Tuesday & Friday
Most orders are returned within 3–4 business days, depending on garment type and specialty services.
How do I sign up, and is there a delivery fee?
You can sign up by clicking the delivery sign-up button on this page and following the prompts.
There is no delivery fee—pickup and drop-off are always free.
Delivery customers pay the same prices as in-store customers.
All delivery accounts are billed securely to a credit card on file.
How do pickups work, and where do I leave my items?
We provide two reusable St. Croix Cleaners delivery bags. Place your items inside and leave the bag out on your scheduled pickup day.
Most customers leave bags at the front door, but we’re happy to accommodate secure alternatives, including:
Garage (PIN required)
Side or back door
Inside porch
Other designated locations
You’ll receive a text message the night before pickup. Please reply “YES” to confirm.
What items can be cleaned through delivery?
Delivery service includes:
Dry cleaning
Laundry
Shirts
Wash, Dry & Fold (WDF)
We also clean specialty items, which typically require 2–3 weeks turnaround, including:
Household items and linens
Hats
Rugs
Leather and suede
Alterations (note required)
Wedding dresses and specialty garments
