When can I reach the office?

8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday. We monitor voice mail on nights and weekends for emergency service outside of our normal operating hours.

Do I get an invoice with each delivery?

Yes, you will receive an invoice with each delivery that summarizes what was cleaned for you.  This helps our customers keep track of their account and what services were received.

How am I billed?

You will receive a monthly statement for payment or reconciliation purposes.

Can I pay with a credit card?

Yes, we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

When is my payment due?

Our invoice terms are Net 10.

How do I read my invoice?

The amount delivered is in the left hand column. The price is in the right hand column. At the bottom of the page there is a red box that holds the total amount of that invoice.

Do you have a will call door?

When coming to pick up last minute items, please come to our facility located at 286 West 7th St, St Paul, MN 55102.
