Customer Service Representative
Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative you are the face of our company and help create a fantastic customer experience!

Hours available are:
Monday-Friday 7a.m.-7p.m.
Saturday 9 a.m.-3 p.m. (minimum of 2 per month)
Most shifts will be in the evening (3 p.m.- 7 p.m. or 11 a.m. – 7 p.m.) with the occasional day shift (7 a.m. – 3 p.m.).

Basic Qualifications
Provide exceptional customer service above all else, create relationships with our customers and make every visit to our stores a great experience! You ensure our customers always receive friendly, prompt service with a smile and show appreciation for their business.
Experience Required

  • No previous dry cleaning experience required.
  • Prior retail/ service industry experience helpful.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Basic computer knowledge or familiarity with a computer
  • Ability to learn new information and skills quickly
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate clearly, accurately and professionally
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Ability to build relationships with customers
  • Comply with company dress code that prohibits excessive display of tattoos, facial piercings, excessive ear piercings and any unnatural hair colors.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

  • Maintain high degree of regular and punctual attendance
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers by providing prompt, friendly service, connecting with the customer and acting with a “customer comes first” attitude.
  • Maintain a confident and friendly demeanor at all times
  • Pay attention to and respond to customer needs and requirements for handling and cleaning of their garments.
